Asian cuisine is one of my favorites. My eyes light up whenever someone asks me if I’m in the mood for some sushi or Thai food. At home, I can whip up a nice stir fry in no time for a healthy and tasty meal.
So, why not add some weed to take this potpourri of flavors to yet another level? I don’t even necessarily think you need the noodles, though I know that they are a traditional part of the dish. If you are watching your waistline, feel free to leave them out. If you are going to add noodles go with high quality dry glass noodles.
I always improvise the rest but great ingredients for stir frys are bean sprouts, broccoli, shallots, onions, cilantro, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and for some spiciness add chile sauce and red pepper flakes. Lots of spices go well with a stir fry as well like paprika and sage. I love using sesame oil in mine too.
And, hmm, what am I missing? Oh yeah, the weed! Really you want to use your cannaoil for the stirfry and don’t forget the soy sauce either. You can make a bunch of it for guests or to store it away for leftovers. It’s easy and healthy.
